Return & Refund Policy

At Beauty Master Beauty Supply, our mission is to provide high-quality beauty, style, and hair products along with exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have designed a clear and hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and components

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted. If a return is initiated due to a customer ordering error or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Method

All returns are accepted by mail only. At this time, we do not offer in-store returns for purchases made online.

Return Shipping Label

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns that meet our return conditions. If the return is due to a customer error or preference change, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package

  3. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier listed on the label

If you are unable to locate your return label, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Eligible returns that meet our policy requirements are processed without additional charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

  • Send the photos along with your order details to beautymaster901@gmail.com

Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper photo documentation may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
