5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

If a return is due to an incorrect order placed by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Without photo evidence, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
