Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days .

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping service. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Shipping Transit Time: 3–5 business days

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping or handling fees for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure quick resolution:

• Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and outer packaging

• Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

• Email the photos along with your order number to beautymaster901@gmail.com

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize an address error before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the information.
